Public tee-time Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or reductions in player numbers must be received by 4pm the day before the reservation.  A time-stamped voice mail left for the proshop is sufficient if you cannot reach the staff or cancel successfully online.

If proper notice is not provided, a fee of $25 will apply for each player that fails to check-in (maximum of $50 will be charged per tee-time).  This fee will be applied to the credit card used to initially secure the reservation. Club EG and Golf Xtra reservations are not exceptions and are subject to the same policy.

Weather-related Cancellations

Last-minute cancellations resulting from weather conditions are accepted without penalty.  In any event, you must still cancel your reservation.  No-shows are not acceptable at any time.

Member Tee-time Cancellation Policy

Club Members and their guests must also provide cancellation notice prior to 4pm the day before the reservation.  Members who fail to arrive for their tee-time, without proper notice provided, will forfeit a round from their package.   Since members don’t always check-in before their tee-time, their arrival will be assumed if a current reservation exists.

The Perth Golf Course reserves the right to book four players in each tee-time.  Please assume if you do not bring a full foursome, you will be paired with other players.  If you prefer not to be paired with other players you may request to block remaining spaces in your tee-time for $25 per space.

After 3pm each day, we will make best efforts to block open spaces (upon request to do so) without an added fee.

Tee-Time Modifications

Your requested tee-time may be modified by up to 10 minutes (one tee-time later than originally requested) without your pre-approval.  You will be notified of this modification with a tee-time confirmation email.  This change may be made right up until your scheduled tee-time as part of our tee-sheet management policy.

Outside Alcohol

Alcohol can be purchased on-site everyday after 9am.  Alcohol not purchased from our beverage cart or clubhouse is 100% prohibited.  Coolers may be inspected by staff on the course.  If you bring outside alcohol to the course, you will be asked to leave without reimbursement.  There is zero tolerance for outside alcohol.

Power Cart rentals

A maximum of two power carts are permitted per tee-time.  An additional fee is applied for single-rider requests, and is subject to availability.  The driver must be at least 16 years old and maintain a G2 Driver’s License.

A booked tee-time with the Perth Golf Course is considered consent to the above policies.
